Reviews For New Haven Salad Shop

This is one of my favorite places to get food. The salads here are so fresh and hearty. The size of everything is amazing and I love making my own salad. The sandwiches are also delicious, but the salad wins for me every time. I love the salad dressings are so good and flavorful, I love the High St. location and the staff are always friendly and working hard. legit one of my favorite places in the city.

Same great salads as before the pandemic. They remodeled while we weren’t looking. They also have soups every day—-numerous kinds all the time. Don’t forget about wraps or building your own salad. We’re going there Tuesday.

The inside of this place is beautiful and the food was just as good as the appearance. While it did hurt at first to spend $12 on a seemingly small salad, I was unable to finish the entire salad in one sitting and it left me full at the end. The Chicken Caesar salad was delicious and I will definitely be coming back here.

Review Of The Little Salad Shop

Little Salad Shop

Huge salads, tons of ingredients and choices, very fast service. What’s not to like? One of the few salad places in the city that lets you build your own salad, no fuss, your way. Definitely recommend.

This truly is a little shop, but, the menu is not. Great selection of salads, toppings, and dressings. We love it.

Great place for a fresh salad with numerous add-on choices/options.Expect to pay 10 dollars for the salad but for NH this is a steal.Be prepared to stand in line during lunch. It is best to go either at 11am or 1pm. At noon, forget about it.

Recommended to try a salad wrap from here by guys that go all the time. Really enjoyed it.We choose a wholewheat wrap with different greens and chicken. We shared the wrap a few hours later at the airport – excellent, tasty and lots of filling. We will look forward to another visit when we return to New Haven In May.

This was our first visit to this place. The outside sign reads, New Haven Salad Shop so I wonder if they changed names from The Little Salad Shop. It is a very small place. The salad ingredients were fresh and the toppings were tasty. At first the prices seems high at $9.75 for a salad, but the box is filled to the brim and can easily be shared by two people for a meal. You can purchase a salad by name using their suggestions or customize your own salad. The only negative is there are no tables or chairs — just two benches about 4 feet long.
