Pimento Cheese and Bacon Burger is a headlining new dish at Miller’s Ale House in New Springville.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. A new patty has fired up in town at Millers Ale House in New Springville with the Pimento Cheese and Bacon Burger. Topped with melted white American and Southern-style pimento cheese, the half-pounder includes peppered bacon, beefsteak tomato and a dill pickle with lettuce. It comes to borough resdients presented on a black and white sesame seed bun.

The franchises four new lunch specials have landed on Staten Island, all of which are priced under $10. The headlining burger sells for $9.99. A new BBQ chicken sandwich with Jack and Cheddar is $7.99. Both come with seasoned fries.

A Chicken Pesto Flatbread and Salad Duo now is offered in two sizes a half at $6 and full order at $9.99. The dish includes sliced blackened chicken and basil pesto tamed by creamy Alfredo, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. The thin-crust pizza-like meal of Millers is served with the choice of House or Caesar salad.

New specials like this flatbread and a salad sell for less than $10 a meal.

In a further twist on the blackened protein, a Shrimp Fettuccine Rosato at $8.99 includes blackened shrimp in tomato cream sauce in tandem with toasted garlic bread.
