The upcoming West Palm location will slip into the space between the Tommy Bahama and Casper stores, just across the street from True Food Kitchen, the most recent health-minded restaurant to debut at the renovated plaza. Other recent healthy spots at Rosemary Square include Planta and Pura Vida.
Since its debut in Miami last year, Sweetgreen has been thinking about how it will continue to bring fresh, healthy food to communities throughout South Florida, and downtown West Palm Beach felt like the perfect location to call its next home, said restaurant publicist Jess Davis in an email.
The advance team has hit the ground running, she said.
The team has been immersing themselves in the community — meeting local suppliers, connecting with local businesses, and learning more about the local culture, Davis said.
On The Sweetgreen Menu
Diners can expect a variety of meals in bowl form, from composed salads to warm bowls. Some locally inspired bowls are offered at some Sweetgreen locations, including Miami. Exclusive to Miami right now is Sweetgreens Tropical Starfruit Bowl , a salad that combines starfruit, roast chicken, tomatoes, basil, shredded cabbage, arugula, shredded kale, crispy rice, goat cheese and a pesto vinaigrette.
Other Sweetgreen salad options include a kale Caesar, a Buffalo chicken bowl and a Super Green Goddess salad that boasts lentils, chickpeas, roasted sweet potato, raw beets, shredded cabbage and other toppings.
Warm bowls include a pesto protein bowl, a chicken tostada bowl, a harvest veggie bowl and a citrus shrimp and avocado bowl.
Sweetgreens menu also offers a build-your-own bowl option.

“This could be great if they completely cleaned house getting new management who know how to hire and train employees properly. More times than not I have gone to this location and they have left out ingredients or I have ordered online and they have made salads so undesirable drenched in dressing and barely any food. I have paid extra for items and not received them. They even screwed up the free salad from corporate after they screwed up one and I complained. This location is horrendous and it makes me sad because on the few times they have gotten it right, it’s good food. But I give up. This location won’t last long, not the way it’s run and definitely not in Palm Beach Gardens.”
