This heated saladbar has a capacity of 4/1GN containers for self-service use in restaurants, hotels, local communities and hospitality. It optimizes the presentation of your meals. This warm saladbar is meant to keep warm your hot starters, vegetables, meats, fish etc. thanks to the bain-marie system.
The stainless steel tank of the hot freestanding buffet is fitted out with two heating elements to ensure an even heat and a perfect bain-marie cooking. The tank can be emptied thanks to the stainless steel draining device.
This heated freestanding buffet can accept any type of GN trays and containers up to 150mm deep.

The base cabinet and counter top consist of 3/4″ plywood panels finished in high pressure plastic laminate with stainless steel corner protectors and 1″vinyl bumpers. Storage areas below house controls, electrical and plumbing components. LED lighting and remote refrigeration is standard. R& D Fixtures exclusive coppered cold pan technology saves energy and work. Air-over/Air-under cold pans also available.
Island and Inline salad bars are available in 6′, 8′, 10′, 12′, and 14′ standard sizes with many options and accessories.
