You should know that Chick Fil A salads have WAY more calories than you would think, and then add the dressing and maybe a drink, youre talking hundreds of calories
Although thats certainly fine for a meal, I dont see why this would be something you would do every day .
I would recommend the Spicy Southwest salad with crispy nuggets instead of the cold chicken and Creamy Salsa dressing, if you disregard everything I said above ).
