Friend really wanted to go in this place and so I went along.I don’t know what the chickens did to be treated so meanly, but clearly this food is made with sadness and maybe a little spite. Definitely not with taste or talent.Between…the two of us we had plain & curried chicken salad, pimento cheese, potato salad, egg salad and ignored the gross crackers and Costco “croissant”. Of these, the egg salad was least-gross, but incredibly flavorless. The paste-like-chicken-amalgams… ew. Even the pimento cheese was devoid of flavor or creaminess.Super nice clerk. The customers were the stare-and-glare sort, and we were the object of their attention.No thanks! Next time, my choice.More

I very rarely post reviews, but I was so disappointed with this place , I felt I had to. I ordered a Pimento Cheese BLT with toasted white bread. The sandwich was so cold, it was almost soggy. The bacon was equally as cold. It took less than two minutes for me to get the sandwich, so obviously it was done half ass. Just very disappointed because I really wanted to love this place. Bummer!
I’m a huge fan of Chicken Salad Chick. All of the different flavor options are delicious. I especially love the Dillicious Diva and the Dixie Chick. Broccoli salad is another favorite. This particular location was busy when I stopped in for lunch. The cash register / line was congested and crowded.

Chicken Salad Chick Sets Opening Date For Second Restaurant In Metro East
O’FALLON, Ill Chicken Salad Chick, a fast-casual chicken salad restaurant chain, continues to expand in the St. Louis area with the planned Wednesday opening of a new location in O’Fallon, Illinois.
Located at 1128 Merchants Way, the new restaurant is in The Shoppes at Richland Creek, the $30 million shopping center development at Interstate 64 and Greenmount Road by Nashville-based by developer GBT Realty Corp.
The new restaurant is Chicken Salad Chick’s second location in Metro East and the fourth location in the St. Louis area. Auburn, Alabama-based Chicken Salad Chick, which bills itself as “Southern inspired,” is known for its daily offering of a dozen varieties of made-from-scratch chicken salad, as well as salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts.
Beginning Wednesday, Chicken Salad Chick in O’Fallon will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. for takeout and curbside pickup only, with all employees wearing masks and gloves as part of the chain’s safety protocols. While the dining room remains closed, under current Illinois’ pandemic restrictions, the O’Fallon location will offer delivery and open a temporary pop-up drive-thru, officials said. The new site doesn’t have a permanent drive-thru.
The O’Fallon location also will offer limited-quantity giveaways Wednesday through Saturday.

We found Chicken Salad Chick before and loved it and were excited to come back! This time we tried the Cranberry Kelli chicken salad on croissant with pasta salad, Lauryns Lemon Basil chicken salad on croissant with broccoli salad, and Olivias Old South chicken salad…on croissant with loaded potato soup. All are delicious! The favorite might still be the lemon basil. Each meal comes with a pickle and a little frosted buttercream mini cookie!
