How Does Primal Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette Taste

This is a wonderful vinaigrette that I enjoyed very much.

I suspect that most people will use this as a salad dressing but I wanted to see how it stood up when used as a marinade for grilling peppers and zucchini.

I sliced up the veggies, let them marinate in the dressing for an hour and then grilled them over high heat. While the vegetables were grilling I basted them with the remaining marinade from the bowl.

The flavors from the balsamic dressing were bright, herbaceous and paired extremely well with the vegetables. The avocado oil in the dressing caused just enough flare up on the grill to get some nice grill marks and char on the veggies.

Overall I really enjoyed the product and I think you will as well.

Our Easy Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing will blow your mind! Youll never buy store bought Casear dressing again!

This wont last long in your house. Youll be putting it on everything! Were not even joking. So if you have a big family we suggest making a double batch!

When I was growing up, I was never a ranch girl. I was never really a pizza girl either

My taste buds have always been different than most kids, and thats not always a bad thing! One thing Im so happy I never really liked was soda or carbonation!

And because of that, its probably why Im still cavity free. Since Ive been keto, Im reaping even more dental benefits. If you dont believe me, check out this Dentist who follows a keto diet and even created a podcast called the Ketodontist Podcast.

Now back to the Caesar dressing!

So, when all of the other kids were dipping their chicken tenders in ranch, I was that weird kid who would dip theirs in caesar. I would also get a house salad, but ask for caesar dressing instead, but with extra croutons.

Obviously this was all before my keto days LOL.

I have a whole post on How to Cook Eggs Perfectly, Every Time. Here are the highlights:

  • Fill a pot of water about half full with water and a pinch of salt. Bring it to a boil.
  • Carefully add your eggs to the hot water.
  • For fully cooked yolks, cook the eggs for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water. Peel when they are cool enough to handle.
  • Check out the other post for more detailed instructions. For this warm spinach salad, you can also omit the hard-boiled eggs and top the tossed salad with poached eggs. Instructions for poaching eggs are in that same post. Enjoy!
