Lets talk about some of my favorite kitchen tools along with the various meal prep container options to consider.

Instant Pot: Perfect for cooking beans and grains in advance to make meal prep salads easier. I use my Instant Pot all the time for making brown rice and barley.

Mason Jars: These come in handy in so many different ways. I use the small jars to store sauces and dressings. I like that they are clear so I can easily see whats inside.
