Preparation Steps To Make Kala Chana Chaat

Soak Kala Chana or Brown Chickpeas or Black Chickpeas in water for 5 6 hrs or overnight before you start preparing the dish.

Before starting preparation, check by pressing one or two Kala Chana seeds with your fingers. If you are able to press them with your fingers then they are ready for pressure cooking else let them soak for a little bit more time.

Once done, Wash soaked Kala Chana with fresh water and you are ready to start your preparation.
