Just about any salad will go with it. But dont limit your self to just salads. They do get old after a while. Get a variety of foods in as well as some added fat.
Salads do not hep with weight loss. Its the calorie deficit that helps with weight loss.

To keep this recipe versatile, we seasoned with only salt and pepper — but chopped garlic or shallots and fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary are delicious additions.

Fresh Express Chopped Kit: Sunflower Crisp
This salad from Fresh Express has the expected ingredients of green and red cabbage, romaine, kale, carrots, onion vinaigrette, and sunflower seeds. It swaps out the bacon for some shredded sharp Romano cheese blend, though, and there is a lot of vegetarian-friendly, nutrient-rich edamame, both of which played surprisingly well with one another. There is also the addition of toasted quinoa to the little baggie with the latter two crunchy ingredients, but honestly, this was a pretty pointless addition and did nothing for the salad nutritionally or flavorwise. On the other hand, the edamame was an assertive newcomer, deeply toasted, salty, meaty, and with a robust earthiness that was pleasantly surprising. Extremely crunchy, it took longer to chew which is better for satiety and made this feel most like an entrée salad.
The downside of all this is that the top-billed ingredient, the sunflower seeds, became a shrinking violet, underrepresented in quantity and flavor. The edamame’s greatest match was the thick dressingthe only one of the batch to have actual onion pieces in it. It sadly wasn’t viscous enough to hold the edamame suspended in the toss , but it sure was delicious. Tangy with the flavor of real onions as opposed to the more subtle onion powder, it at least hugged the greens well.

If you check the back of a packet of leaves it will say something like packaged in a protective atmosphere. While that sounds nice and helps keep the leaves looking great it doesnt protect the nutrients.
Once you open a salad bag the leaves often wilt very quickly, this is a true indication of just how much nutrition remains.
People think a few salad leaves on their plate is healthy, whereas it can be more damaging for people to think they are getting nutrition when theres next to no value in lots of prebagged salads. Only dark green leaves, like rocket or spinach, contain any notable amounts of nutrition.
Its nice to think when something is prewashed its done exactly as you would at home. With fresh water for a few seconds. However the reality is factories that make salad leaves dunk them in an industrial bath of water mixed with chlorine that isnt changed for hours.

Our thoughts: Holy jalapeño! If you like heat, this salad is for you. The veggies were chopped into a nice size and remained fresh and crunchy.
